Struggling to get my Hyundai i20 into reverse
I have a two year old Hyundai i20. Recently I have found getting it into reverse gear is a bit of a problem. I have to pump the clutch before it goes into gear, (other gears are fine). I took it back to the showroom and their reply was, "all cars will do this as its the way the gear system is made". I have never experienced this with any other car before and I'm not satisfied with the dealer's response. Can you offer any help?

If you have to pump the clutch then air is getting into the hydraulics and it needs to be bled out.
