Audi A6 Avant - which model is best?
I am thinking of upgrading my family car to an Audi A6 Avant. I would like something which has lots of space for a family of four (plus camping equipment), four-wheel drive and is not too thirsty.
I am torn between the 245PS, the 313PS and the All-Road. The 245PS is 'fast enough', the 313PS appeals because it sounds brilliant and is reviewed very well. The All-Road comes with the air-suspension and is perhaps a little more practical but is even less economical. Do you have any advice on which of these to choose or which to avoid?

The 313PS is brilliant. Very quick and satisfying. An Allroad is the equivalent of an XC70, with height adjustable air suspension, but comes on minimum 18-inch wheels which ride hard and go through expensive tyres at a prodigious rate. So actually a 245PS A6 Avant quattro is probably all you need.
