Which new SUV still has a full size spare wheel?

After 175,000 miles of mountain roads we need to replace our 1996 3-door, 2-litre petrol manual 4x4 RAV4 due to wear and tear and increasing maintenance costs. Other wish list items include sunroofs to counter claustrophobia and a rear door spare wheel, which has disappeared from the latest models. Are we crying for the moon and are there any other makers we could consider?

Wheels on rear doors seem to have gone from everything now, except for the promised Ford EcoSport, due in 2014. They got nicked from Suzuki Grand Vitaras a couple of years ago. But if you lift the load deck of the KIA Sportage or Hyundai ix35 you will be delighted to find a full size spare wheel and tyre underneath. And I think the people at LandRover still insist on a full size spare slung underneath all 4WD LandRovers (which is all of them apart from some Freelanders and Evoques).
