My Jaguar S Type has covered 50,000 miles - should I change the cam belt?

I've got a 2006 S-Type Jaguar 2.7 diesel. The car has done about 50-000 miles, should I fit a new cam belt?

I think this is at the sort of age when this would be a good idea. But don't get it doen by just anyone or replacing it could cause more problems than it solves.
