Jaguar XF versus BMW Audi Q5

Advice required on best company car selection between Audi Q5 2.0TDi S Line Quattro v new Jag XF 2.2D in Premium Luxury trim.

Jag seems better bet on CO2 emissions and thus cost, but is the new 190ps 2.2D too slow compared to my current BMW 3.0D?

The high up driving position of Audi appeals but it seems expensive and high on CO2.

Covering 40k miles per annum - which is best company car choice bearing in mind comfort and adequate power are important factors for me?

Completely different types of cars. The Jag should be much more fuel efficient because we have been getting 41-42 out of the 3.0V6 diesel XJ, and I have had 45 out of an Outlander with the same 2.2 engine that the Jag is getting. You could also consider a Range Rover Evoque with the same engine. A 10 month waiting list for the BMW F25 X3 may put that out of contention.
