West End Garage

Was driving through Buckingham and had a knocking noise on my car, stopped at two other garages but none were willing to help. Where as Andy at west end came straight out checked car over found some missing and loose wheels nuts from a recent job I had done that was causingbthe wheel to knock as it was loose and about to fall off. He replaced and tightened all nuts and sent me on my journey and refused to charge me.

Took my Ford Transit Custom there had a brake Line fitted passed the MOT. Then afew days later i rang up and asked about the Poer sterring hose/ pipe leaking was told they didn't work on vans when in fact a few days earlier they did work on my van.I even gave a ten punds tip to them i wish i hadn't didnt even say thank you for the tip. one of the most worst garages i been to. NOT honest !

Knowledgeable and approachable and thoroughly competent, West End Garage has for many years been my choice for all and any of the jobs I either didn't have the skill or the tools to do the job myself. The chaps all know their stuff, are friendly and the pricing is half that of a main dealer. The most important thing is that they are very good communicators - they'll let you know what's happening and roughly what it would cost before they do the work. Essential these days. The retail part of the premises is home to some rare automobilia aftermarket cleaners, sealants, etc - products that are hard to find hidden gems. This is a reflection of the fact that the owner has traded for many years in the town (a sign of trust and ability in itself - this is a small town and bad traders don't last long).
