Turned up advised no leaks and gassed the car, but the aircon still doesn't work. They won't come back and ignore all calls.

Came out to re-gas my Golf. Advised they'd regassed it, but it needed a pressure sensor to work. Said they could do it for £100, but part was £40 and better to garage fit. Had a pressure sensor fitted by garage who advised there was no gas in system. WCAC wanted another £60 to re-gas - even Kwik Fit wouldn't charge. When I complained they've just ignored my calls and emails. Judge a business on how it deals with a problem. These don't. Don't trust them. Rip-off. Zero stars.

Enquired about an AC recharge/service and via their website and received an automated reply, but not only did they not show up on the day, they didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know that they wouldn't be coming.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The technician , Mike turned up on time, no fuss, professional, very courteous and did the job ! The difference is unbelievable. I had phoned another company who had said if the air con wasn't working, the only thing it would be was a leak. There was no leak, no hidden extras. Being a single female, and having been previously ripped off by garages, I am now always wary but I needn't be with this company. It was an early call so he knocked the door before ringing the bell In case people were asleep - very thoughtful. Mike went above and beyond and listened to me about my poorly dog and even popped in to stroke her and as much as a stranger can, he really made me feel he cared. You can tell he is a decent person with a good heart. And he sorted my air con ! I will recommend this company to everyone I know without hesitation.

Called this company on 14/11 and they booked me in for an aircon recharge and anti-bacterial cleanup on the following day. The ETA was between 9-11am, but at 9.30, I get a call saying that their van had broken down and awaiting recovery so someone (Mike) would call me again later or the following day to re-book. Waited two days and there was no response, so I called again. Lady very apologetic and said that she would ask Mike to call me soon. it's been nearly a week and nothing! Fed up, so i went elsewhere!

Re gassed my car without draining/vacuuming the system - ILLEGAL IN THE UK. Told me there was a leak in the system which I apparently needed an electrician for, yes an electrician!! They are not qualified to do anything but regas cars, no knowledge of fixing a problem. They're only interested in the £50 gassing fee. Nothing else. Robbing, thieving... B's!

We Chill Any Car.Com claims on their website in the 'Why Use Us Section' and I quote - "Repair to auto aircon systems, parts replacement, Experienced, highly trained technicians with a wealth a knowledge, Trust, professional, knowledge & expertise". This is untrue. Their website also claims - We Accept All Major Credit and Debit Cards?. All our technicians carry a mobile card terminal for convenient card payment. This is true. They will charge you £49.99 despite no repairs being carried out - this appointment was booked on the premise a repair can be undertaken. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of using this company and I would not recommend this. My air-conditing system is still not working. No repairs or part replacement has taken place despite me requesting this carried out - Highly trained technicians? Sorry I would disagree. In summary, I would not recommend using this service based on the customer experience I have received. I would rate 0 out of 5. 0 - Very bad 5 - Very Good

I contacted We Chill Any Car and they came next day to service the aircon on my Vauxhall, friendly engineer with fully equipped van. The system was cleaned, checked for leaks, re-gassed with lubricant added and the airways treated with antibacteria all within the hour. The system is now blowing ice cold. The price is very reasonable, have a look at their website for special offers.
