After the confusion that I had with other garages for drive train problem was gone once Warne Motors has diagnosed my car. Their explanation and communication about the problem & fix was crystal clear. I left the garage with a smile on my face and peace of mind.

Always had used the dealership for service and MOT work until about 6-7 years ago when it seemed there was an exodus in technicians and customer service people to this independent. I had seen good reviews and thought I would give it a go. Now I wished I'd have used them from the day I bought the brand new car. They're meticulous in their servicing and not bound by the constraints BMW enforce on their main dealerships. They're busy and not fishing for more work, finding fault where really there is none. I've taken my car there with what I thought were big problems and every time they've resolved it with minimum fuss and cost. My experience with the main dealership was just the opposite. You won't get your car-washed or the inside cleaned, so go to a hand-wash station or DIY. Guess what? It wasn't actually complimentary anyway, we were paying through the nose for it. In the main dealership if they use a thimbleful of screen-wash it would cost you an arm and a leg. No such shenanigans here. I drive 30+ miles for this place and it is so worth it. Give them a go.

Live near Norwich but this was nearest Garage capable of repairing the Navigation System on my BMW X1. The work was expertly completed and the customer service approach quite excellent. I would highly recommend this garage.

Excellent people, friendly and honest advice and felt treated well at all times. Price was competitive and at all stages the communication was great.

I have been in contact with Andrew in regards to confusion with prices and extra work being done, fault on both sides. Not happy over how fast my car was driven, evidence has been sent and acknowledged. Work was carried out to a good standard and parts used are satisfactory. My experience was not fantastic but there appears to be genuine concern for customers, received an apology in writing.

You get an excellent service, prices are good along with friendly staff always happy to help. They have always done everything they can as soon as they can, and done it well. I have no hesitation recommending them to others.

You'll find Warnes hard to fault. They have always done everything they can as soon as they can, and done it well. That alongside a customer service of a very high standard which they set themselves, you'll not go wrong here.

They were recommended to me by a friend, have to say I am very impressed. They diagnosed the problem with my BMW in a matter of seconds. It was booked in at a time convenient to me, and the repair completed on time and within the quoted price. I will definitely use them again, and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Used garage for the first time last year for MOT & service for my Z4 coupe. As I only use the car as a weekend runabout & only do 2000 miles a year in it they have worked out a service schedule just for me & not what BMW recommend, ie, long intervals between oil changes etc. Highly recommend them.

They advertise as a BMW specialist but serviced my A4. I also asked for a tracking check and adjustment and was thrilled with the result and the detailed report.

Andy and the team are friendly helpful and give a good old fashioned service, we take both our cars which are non BMW. We are always given a warm welcome and they deliver what they promise and you can’t fault that. It’s good to have quality work done at non dealership prices and an honest opinion. Even over the phone Andy and team can be helpful and really give some good guidance or advice. Highly recommend if you want faultless and less stress or worrying about your car, you can’t go wrong going to Warne’s Well done Andy and team.

Very helpful and knowledgeable in all respects. They specialise in BMW but I also have my Mercedes and Toyota serviced and repaired there, and, to be honest I wouldn't take them any where else!
