My mother had been given a ridiculous quote from another garage to do unnecessary repairs. This had upset her a great deal as she is a pensioner, and the quote was over £1500. After taking it to Higgins they found the problem to be nothing but a lack of fluid. I knew I would get an honest diagnosis from them as I have used Higgins in the past and always found the team there to be totally honest and professional. When I gave my mother the news, I think she would have hugged the guy at the garage lol, she was extremely grateful and said she will take her car there for all repairs from now on. My brother is in the same position from the same garage and wanted to know the directions to Higgins, so you will now have 3 customers from the same family.
