I have been going to this garage for my MOTs for a while now. Always done on time while I wait, for only £38. Have also had tyres fitted by them along with four-wheel alignment which cured a problem I had with uneven tyre wear.

Have been using this garage for years. Just for MoT. Only £35 (price has risen from £29). People tell me they must be making out work needs to be done at that price. Not true. Car sails through every time. Did need anti roll bar bushes on one occasion and a drive shaft boot on wife's car which they did the same day and charged little money. Friendly, efficient, comfortable waiting area with free hot drinks.

Went here for an MOT, failed on bushes, replaced them myself and went back for a retest and they failed again, tried to say it was the wrong part, I had the Eurocarparts receipt and old parts with me in the car and they phoned ECP in front of me who confirmed it was the right part, still they would not sign off and give a pass. I'm guessing they was not happy I did not have the work done with them as I took it to another garage not more than 20 minutes later and showed them the MOT refusal and I was passed shortly later with no advisories, absolute con merchants!

We have used Village Motors for many years, for all the family's various cars. They have always given excellent service. The staff are very knowledgeable, and the mechanics are brilliant, fixing problems with the minimum of fuss and at realistic prices. Example : Today : daughters Audi 1.8T - ABS fault and gear change selector fault - all sorted for £262. They speak the truth, diagnose and sort out problems correctly, and only charge for fixes, no diagnostic nonsense. You also get your car back vacuumed and washed - what more could you ask for. We love this garage, and recommend them very highly.

I have used this garage several times now for repairs and services and MOTs. I have been so impressed and am delighted to have discovered this garage. customer service is always spot-on and all the staff in reception have mechanical knowledge and they give really good advice and listen very sympathetically. I totally trust this garage that all the work they do is done honestly and to a high standard. I have used many garages over the years and some, I feel, have been less than honest. You can really tell that this business is family owned and run, they really do care about their customers and you are very well looked after indeed at Village Motor Company. After having used so many sub-standard garages over the years this one is a breath of fresh air.
