Good value, excellent customer service extremely helpful, no nonsense approach. Used a number of times. Turned up once in my 330CI convertible with vibration from the front. Within 10 minutes the fault was diagnosed an hour later the part was there and they fitted it that day. Not saying they could do this all the time but it was impressive.
