I have had three cars from them-1x i110 2009 1x i30 20010 anf finally just changed my i30 for another i30 2016. 2010 i30 had several issues, one in particular my radio worked intermittently and when the mechanic went look at it, it was "too hot to handle" he instantly isolated it. It turns out it wqas 48 hours out of warranty!, but TWG fought my case and had it replaced. -that is what I call service from a family business.
