I bought my VW Polo GTi from this dealership in 2017 and have subsequently have had it serviced (and latterly MOT’d) by them. This year they collected it from my home and returned it a few hours later, cleaned inside and out, together with a complete schedule of the work carried out and confirmation of the MOT test. I also received a follow-up email with a short video clip of their technician carrying out the service, explaining what was being done.
