I have used this garage for many years, always helpful and good for advice. Prompt and car ready when they say it will be (unless let down by special parts delivery)

I went there for a service but was not impressed. First off they identified 2 'faults': The car has no spare wheel and the tire pressure was to high. When I pointed out that the car didn't come with a spare and the pressure was exactly at the recommended number (inside the fuel flap) they wouldn't believe me until I showed them. More importantly I indicated having an intermittent battery light. supposedly they checked and found nothing. Days later it came back and I lost power steering. Called out the AA and took the patrol man less than a minute to verify there was something wrong with the charging system.

I've not used T&H for a while, but they always used to be behind. You'd go in to collect your car at 5:30 after work, and they wouldn't be ready for you. This may well have changed, but my review reflects my experiences at the time of end 2008. I also never felt like the prices were competitive. I guess they feel being in Leamington they can add a premium price.
