Visited for minor Drivers door out & return in order to facilitate seat work by neighbouring upholsterer. Door on removal caught and marked door frame.Without hesitation the garage accepted full responsibility and arranged with a local "noted" body repairer to do the wok totally at th original garage cost. I was quite astonished at Steve Raines acceptance and cooperation, full marks , a rare experience.

I have used this garage for more than 2 years now and Steve and his team have always been conscientious, able and honest. Several problems have been fixed at a fraction of franchised dealer prices. This included making a new arm for the self levelling headlight system, cost £12 as opposed to over £100 for replacement motor and arm (only option from Dealer) and it's still working fine 1 year on. Highly recommended.
