I've been using Spanners for about 3 years for the servicing and MOT for a Passat and a Polo. They have always been swift with their service, provided me with a run around if needed and been honest about the issues they have found - at fault with the Passat they couldn't handle and they didn't charge me and pointed me in the right direction. I cannot recommend Kim and Paul highly enough.

I knew the co-owners from another garage where they were both MOT Inspectors. I needed new pads and disks. My car was collected by one of the owners who had to make a round trip of at least 30 miles. I suspect this was done because of my age - 79.
