Shepshed Ford

I've used this garage for sales, service & repairs for more than ten years. I've always found them easy to deal with, anxious to provide good service (which they do) and very competitive on pricing. Normally I've never found any reason to question their quality of workmanship, although with one car bought from them brand new the air conditioning kept loosing refrigerant despite their best efforts. They finally fixed the problem permanently in year four, after the Ford warranty had expired, without any cost to me - they funded the two-day job themselves! Now that's great service to my mind.
