We were touring Lincolnshire but my car started leaking coolant. We were due to return to Kent on Monday morning. On that day I took our car in and it was fixed in half an hour! The problem was traced to a rubber pipe which the mechanic replaced with an altered one from s scrap vehicle in the yard! Brilliant job and it worked perfectly as we got home safely 4 hours later!

The mechanic collected our car from another garage for free, he drove it, after being quoted £120 to tow it 5 mins down the road by previous garage. We were also informed by the other garage that it would probably need to be written off, this company repaired the car to a very high standard.

I've used this garage for MOT and never had a false fail. Recently had car serviced at Audi main dealer and didn't trust the need to replace the "pipe leaking oil from both ends" for £130. R&Y spent 30 minutes stripping the car to find the pipe, only to tell me that the amount of "leakage" was perfectly normal. They then put the car back together - Charge? NO CHARGE!!
