My 2013 A5 went in for a clutch replacement. I rang 15 garages within the M25 for pricing - but I knew all along that I would end up bringing my car to Russell Automotive. Lots of the garages I called came across as obviously trying to rip me off - but Russell Automotive were honest with their pricing and gave excellent advice - I know my cars and do a lot of work myself, so I know when someone is giving me BS. It's a standard of service that is far superior to main dealers (who just rip people off) at a price that is extremely reasonable. I would use them much more often if they were closer to me, but sadly they are over an hour away, so I can only use them when it's a big job that justifies the journey.

Great experience again with the people at Russell Automotive and their dog. Car had a service and MOT. Unfortunately the MOT failed but that was not the fault of the garage but the poor conditions of the local roads with all the pot holes. I was told what repairs were needed and full costings before they went ahead. Car was cleaned when finished and the invoice stated exactly what they did. Will continue to use Russell Automotive and have already told my friends.

I have been a customer for many years and am very happy. They always pick my car up from home, fix it and return it repaired and washed so it looks like a new car. Good repairs, good price, good information and a lovely company to deal with.

After having car previously repaired at a lower quality garage (Halfords) is was a real god send to find Russell Automotive. They looked after my car and knew what they were doing, unlike my previous garage (Halfords). I will now not go anywhere else and would highly recommend the people at Russell Automotive Centre for all car repairs.

Stranded on the road and was recommended to them by a breakdown company. They looked at my car straight away and advised me of the problem Couldn't get the car fixed on the same day as the part wasn't available but the car was up and running again the next morning when the part arrived. I was very happy with the service and very impressed on how quickly the part was ordered and fitted. I will now be using Russell Automotive Centre for my future servicing.

Had my car performance improved with a Revo upgrade at Russell Automotive Centre. Very happy with the way the guys treated me and very happy with the increased performance on my car. Can wait to see the guys again for my next upgrade. Will certainly be happy to use again.

After reading other reviews on the Honest John site and others I thought this will be the garage to use. I was not disappointed as their service and quality is upper first class. The car was collected from my home repaired and returned the same day and it was even cleaned inside and out. I have since recommended 2 of my friends there and they have also received excellent service. Upper first class service at a reasonable price.

After being ripped off by another garage happy to have found this one. I needed an exhaust repair and the car was repaired by another garage. 2 months later I had the same problem. I took the car to the guys at Russell's and they diagnosed that the part that I had just had replaced was a non genuine part and was not up to the job. I was told by the other garage that the part was genuine and had paid the full price. Russell Automotive replaced the correct part with genuine parts and carried out a software update (that the other garage couldn't do) now all is fine. I should have gone to Russell Automotive Centre first of all and it will have saved me a lot of money and effort. Very happy to recommend Russell Automotive Centre.

Found Russell Automotive Centre through the Revo website. They upgraded the performance on my car and now it is an even better joy to drive. Also had MOT there. Brilliant garage doing a great job.

Without a doubt the best garage ever. After many bad experiences with main dealers it was a relief to find a specialist independent garage that can do everything a main dealer can, without the high price tag. My DPF needed some work and after being quoted more than £1500 by another garage I wanted a second opinion. The guys at Russell Automotive Centre had a look and rectified the problem and only charged a fraction of the other quote I had had before. This is it my garage for life, thanks guys.

I travel in from Reading to these guys as they are great and I can then travel into central London on the tube. Always do what they say and a bit more, keep me updated on progress and do a fantastic job.

I had an Audi A2. Having read positive reviews about RAC, I traveled from my home in West Oxfordshire to Wembley for services---and continued to do so until my beloved A2 passed away!!

Excellent garage.

I was looking for a reliable car repair garage but what I found was a great garage or shall I call it a car boutique. The car has never run better and I have never had such great service from any garage before. Their coffee is great and their workshop is the cleanest I have ever seen. I will be back.

I went to Russell Automotive Centre for a very small job and was very impressed with their set up and the way they treated me. They replaced a headlight bulb for me and did not even charge me, I was very impressed. There garage is very impressive and very clean and I waited in a very warm and comfortable waiting area. When I do need something more doing to my car (that I have to pay for) Russell Automotive Centre will be the place that I go.

I took in a recently acquired 2001 Audi A8 to be checked over and any faults rectified including the Engine Management warning light. The garage were great, and very easy to deal with. They do things that engender trust rather than the other way round, which is rare in the world of motor repairs. I am pleased to have found them, and would add that the reviews here helped me to make what now seems was the correct decision. I too recommend them.

I am sure every woman dreads taking their car to the garage but since finding Russell Automotive Centre I love it. Their service is great, their prices are reasonable and their customer focus is second to none. They speak in plain English and explained everything. One of the owners of the business is a woman, Jane Russell who ensures a very friendly atmosphere all around the garage. I highly recommend all women (and men) to have their car repaired here.

I needed my Audi serviced and cambelt replaced. I was very impressed with Russells website and was also very happy with the service i had there. The car was repaired very well and the cost was very good. I have now found the best Audi garage outside of Poland (and inside of Poland). This is now my garage forever.

After having a terrible time at another local so called VW specialist who over charged and under delivered i looked around and found Russell Automotive Centre. I was not dissapointed as Steve and the guys there found the problem that no one else could find and got it sorted on my first visit. After taking our other car to their sister branch (Garage Express) it was great to find out that their other business is a Bentley specialist. Russell Automotive Centre gave top service when servicing my husbands Bentley Continental and offered a level of service that Bentley dealers should take note of. From now on we will only have our Bentley serviced at Russell Automotive Centre and would advise all other Bentley owners to do the same.

I have used the technicians at Russell Automotive Centre before for service and repair but this time wanted a performance upgrade on my car. They are a Revo dealer and they installed a stage 1 upgrade to my car. The car now drives better and faster. Well done to everyone at Russell Automotive Centre for a fantastic job. We have 3 work vans and they all have been serviced, repaired and MOT,d by Russell Automotive Centre to the very highest standard. As they are working vans we dont want them in the garage at all. The guys at Russell Automotive Centre made sure that the vans were in the garage for the shortest time possible. I would recommend them to all especially any tradesmen who need their vans on the road and not sitting in a garage. I even had them service my wifes Ford at their sister garage, Garage Express where I will also give them a glowing recommendation for their superb work.

Only went to Russell Automotive Centre for the first time for just an MOT test. Very professionally run garage with helpful staff. My car passed first time and it only cost £29.95. This will now be my garage for all future repairs and servicing.

I was quoted well over a £1500 to get a minor service, console bushes repair, with full cambelt (+water kit) replacement and brake pads changed at a local Audi Dealer (West London Audi). I decided to do some checks on how the West London Audi dealer performed in customer satisfaction and after searching for reviews on Google, I was grateful I did. All the reviews for the Audi dealer were negative, some stating they had on-going problems yet to be resolved, others stating they received unexpected scratches. I then thought is it really worth the premium and service stamps for this kind of service? No, not for me. I decided to do a check for local independent garages and was glad to see 'Russell Automotive Centre - London'. Reading the reviews and after obtaining a quote of £970 - this also included an aircon service too, it seemed logical to go for this. The parts they use are all genuine audi equipment which therefore made me feel settled in my mind to choose them. The reviews speak in its own entirety on how well other people have experienced their service so I decided to go for it. I'm glad I did. The team at RAC-London are very transparent and communicated well keeping me updated on the progress of the work and if anything needed to be included. I was kept very well informed about the technicalities of certain issues and how it affected my car. My car is an Audi A3 and they knew everything about it. I was thoroughly pleased at the turnaround of the job, taking one whole day and receiving it the day after I had dropped it in. I will be using this garage from now on as the service is good and price very very reasonable compared to that of Audi dealers. All in all, a very happy customer.

After being burned through a bad experience with another independent garage I was not optimistic about my treatment. A panel on the front of my audi was stolen and needed to be replaced. This was replaced in another garage but wear started immediately from not enough paint, which they refused to accept was down to shoddy service on their part. Friend recommended Russells and they were amazing and actually treated me like a person who wanted the best for my car. Couldn't get over their level of knowledge and offered to do a range of services all at once for a flat rate. Will be doing all services through them now and can't recommend enough. Just easy, professional treatment, which is surely all we want?

I was very please to find Russell Automotive Centre on the internet and very please to read lot of great reviews on other websites. I gave them a try and I am very glad I did. I only allow people I trust to work on my Audi and I now fully trust Russell Automotive Centre. There service was great they have the same equipment as a main dealer but they are much cheaper. I watched my car being worked on from their waiting area through their glass wall where you can see into the workshop. My car recieved first class treatment at a great price I wont be going anywhere else. I also will be taking my daughters Volkswagen into there next week for a service and I can be sure it will be treated well. After finding this garage on the internet I used them for the first time just before christmas. I needed a service and MOT. They picked up the car from my work, carried out the service and MOT and a few small repairs then had the car cleaned inside and out and returned back to me the same day in time for me to go home.
