RRG Salford Quays, Manchester

My 2009 62,000 mile Verso 1.6 seemed a little noisy after a 2000 mile European journey. A slightly increased 'tappety' noise that only an owner would notice. Thought I would ask RRG to check it out just in case. Far from being dismissive,the service guys listened carefully to my description, took the car and me on a test run, crawled under and around with a torch. Within 15 minutes they had correctly diagnosed a misplaced bulkhead/steering column seal. Fixed whilst I waited, the noise has now gone, they even offered to wash and vac it. Now based on my description they could have easily done engine diagnostics and other expensive stuff - it is to their credit that they did things the old fashioned way. Oh and by the way - they didn't charge me a penny! Honest and trustworthy - well done Toyota
