After 2.5 days you diagnosed nothing yet I was able to find and fix bad connection in one hour. Had to chase you to inquire of progress as you didn't contact me as you said you would!!!!

I booked my Range Rover in to have the key barrel changed after it stopped working. After they advised how long it would take. It ended up taking two weeks longer than expected and it was only after my wife called them that we found out that it was going to be delayed. They were not in the slightest bit apologetic about the delay and said it was a hold up with the parts.
