Bought a 2014 White Citroen C4 Picasso with 59,000 miles on the 7/3/24 . Staff were friendly enough but the car was very dirty and not valeted at all after closer inspection plus the cover for rear window wiper mechanism is broken and also the issue with 2 cracked tyres with metal showing was not sorted ( per MOT Advisory ) and drove 350 miles back too Scotland with them on . Feel very let down . Will need to get it professionally valeted , get replacement cover and tyres changed at own cost . Not happy at all !

I bought a second hand car here, had coolant leak from when I bought it. Sent car to be fixed, 1 st time they couldn’t find leak, 2 nd time they said it was a seal and would order part and let me know when part is in. After 1 week I phoned and said part arrived faulty so had to re order. They re ordered part and said would phone. No phone call so I phoned them and arranged to take car back in, they said they would phone, no phone call, every time i phone they come up with an excuse to take car in, I have no taken car to my local garage to have it repaired at my own expense. They gave me 3 months warranty, but what’s the point of that.

Nothing was too much trouble saf the salesman went the extra mile and more I would definately recommend this car sales firm to anyone and I would buy another car from them five star service

left a deposit on the phone subject to view, went on a holiday , they had the car of sale for 4 days, drove it to our house so we can view it, citroen picasso petrol, very good, purchased 3 vehicles of these guys, they do deliver on what they agree

Purchased a Suzuki Grand Vitara on a 2006 in circa of 112000 miles. vehicle was in excellent condition,serviced with a 12 month MOT had it for 6 months no issues

Originally viewed the car on Autotrader. Paid £100 to reserve it. Went to see the car yesterday way beyond my expectations! Really nice dealership and helpful staff. Viewed 4 cars before visiting MK Autos, the other dealers were no where near this professional. Will be definitely recommending them to my friends.

This garage will sell you anything, make out they have first class customer service with good intentions. When you call up to ask for anything post purchase they are NOT INTERESTED! Since buying my car less than two months ago the battery has died, the front and rear lights have also gone. It seems that the warranty they sold me was a joke. Just a money making scheme. Hugely disappointed and would not be recommending them again!

My daughter bought a car from this place. Repairs were done at first but as she kept going back they refused to do anymore repairs as it was out of its warranty! This car was sold to her and was not roadworthy would not go near this place ever
