Prices high for a rather average service, I have had to spend rather a lot on repairs to my C Class merc over 4 years of ownership which is unexpected for a quite new quality car. Cost of investigation of faults of £149 seems steep and each time I have to chase them to find out what they have found. Access is difficult and parking can be a problem, cars parked all over the place with little space for customers

Used MB for all services on E350 since new. Requested details of current engine, gearbox and safety systems currently on vehicle but they could not confirm these or whether they were up to date. Offered to charge extra £75 for diagnostics check which you would think was done automatically at each annual service, but it is not !

This garage produces huge bills for shoddy unchecked works .My SL 500 had to be sent back several times for reapirs charged for but not completed properly.They even delivered the caar back twice with warning lights showing unfixed faults they had charged to fix!
