Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle

Kept my car for over three months, told me that AA left the car without the key and charged me for the new key( according to their reception they won't take the car without the key) keep getting texts saying my car has been looked by the team, meanwhile, car parked the same spot when I visited and checked few times. Charged me for steering lock (because of the new key, been told) and keep getting messages about needed new parts. Got fed up and asked for my car back. A surprise text message came ."your car is ready". Went there to pick up the car ..they gave me the old key for the car. Then asked them about the new key, and they went and programed another key for no reason (but I have been changed ) asked them how come the old key is working and was told they have cleaned the key (so charged me for the lock too) car was so dirty and went my self to clean and to learn that wheel nut (lock) is missing. Called them twice to find out what has happened to the lock nut, told. me to wait, unprofessional and untrustable people if you asked me. Not interested in Mercedes anymore after this bad taste of the dealership. Please guys stay away from this dealership for repair or services. Trust me you will be charged unnecessarily.

Absolutely Disgusting Company !!! My car had a serious brake down issue that was so serious it could’ve resulted in fatalities.. They had car for over 2 weeks . I work very long hrs and 7 days a week .. I asked to have car delivered as there was no way I could collect .. There answer … YOU NEED TO COLLECT OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED STORAGE FEES !!! I will be reporting you to the motor ombudsman!!!
