Courteous and efficient receptionist. Supplied a courteous car. The car was clean, its had been washed and vacuumed when I collected it. I will continue to use this main dealer. Nissan have given the car an additional 12 months roadside assistance for using a Nissan garage to service the car.

A warning light illuminated whilst driving my Laguna, and although non critical, I was keen to get it looked at sooner rather than later. I called Martins and they asked me to take the car in straight away. Within an hour of my call the problem had been diagnosed (faulty brake light switch). As no spares were available, the car was left overnight and a loan car was organised for me to use next day. Less than 24 hours after my call the car was ready, having also had an MOT that had been organised for a couple of weeks time. This not the first time Martins have helped me out of a predicament at short notice, and as last time, they were unfailingly helpful and courteous. All in all great customer service that deserves to be recognised.
