Escorted in by AA upon their recommendation, and I would wholeheartedly agree! We were visiting area, I had just towed my 1.3 tonne touring caravan to a nearby site. The following day, exploring Chichester, brakes exploded, N/S front caliper it seems went Pete Tong. AA called Lillywhites, who agreed they could look at car, so we took it there! We returned home to Surrey, and collected caravan on the Monday. I messed call from Lillywhites on that day. Tuesday, we spoke, they told me diagnosis and plan. Wednesday, car was fixed! I said I couldn't collect till Friday, this was not even a problem for them. Friday, collected, they explained work, parts, everything else they had found, and quoted less than half what a Land Rover dealer would have to (disdainfully) look at such an old car! I am extremely happy with their work/service/quality, I am exploring how I can drive down from Surrey to use them for future MOT/Service work! I would recommend them doesn't quite cut it, I might insist people are foolish not to use them!

I have used this garage several times in the past and recently had to call upon their services again as my car was immobilised by a clutch problem. As I had to leave home and travel instead by train, I left the key at their premises. They collected the car and removed it from my parking space to their workshop and throughout the work they kept me fully informed re the problem and the solution. As promised, the repaired car was ready at the time specified. Although an expensive repair, the cost was reasonable and the service offered was professional and courteous.
