Have used this garage for purchase of new cars and servicing/MoT for many years. Always get good service and staff are (mostly) friendly. No loan cars at the moment (due to Covid) so have to sit and wait as I live 35 miles away, but an endless supply of tea/coffee helps pass the time.

JCB Ashford (and their predecessors) have supplied and serviced 3 VW's of mine since 1998 and I have not been able to fault them once - except some parts not immediately available - (but 24-48 hrs) which is understandable. Polite, efficient and helpful. Franchised VW dealer. Definitely 5 Star.
