New car which they carried out an 80k service on, as per manufacturer spec. No issues, no problems and a damn sight cheaper than the manin dealer! (Honda CRV on a 2002 plate). They've been servicing my cars for the last 12 years, including 4 different Volvo's, a Corsa, a Micra and two of my Dad's own cars. I can't fault them.
