Really good garage with fantastic customer service and genuine empathy for the customer. They offer loan cars and driver drop-offs to compensate for the location (easy to get to, less easy to get from without a car but that doesn't matter if they're driving you to work and fetching you again afterwards). They've resolved warranty issues for me that other garages couldn't and I've always felt they were being honest with me. They're currently sorting something out for me with the manufacturer and even if it doesn't go well, I know it won't be for lack of trying on their behalf.
