We took our car in for MOT and Servicing. We waited around the forecourt until it was complete and the helpful mechanic would explain areas that needed replacing, show us the reason why, offer us different options and was thorough in their explanation why. Completes reassured me that the work being performed was trustworthy. Changes my perception of car mechanics and wouldn't go anywhere else in future.

Really recommend the garage and staff are very friendly. Love the boxing nostalgia on the walls I will not hesitate on taking my cars there for the next M.O.T

Steer clear of this garage, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional bunch of people in all my life. We were lied to about the work that had been preformed on the car ( to which I have dashcam video proof of) They told me they road tested my car for 20 minutes and in reality the car didn't leave the forecourt and that they had steam cleaned my engine which again in reality they spent precisely 2 and a half minutes jet washing it with a power washer! When we queried the work the female owner on the phone thought she had my husband on mute and decided to bad mouth him to a mechanic calling him an arse. We went to collect the car the next day and discuss the way we were treated with the current owner Melvyn and he was very passive aggressive and rude. Needless to say I will NOT be recommending this garage who are more than happy to lie to their customers to try and rip them off.

Booked in a clutch replacement, however when I returned to pick it up the car was nowhere to be seen. Without letting me know they had subcontracted the work to some other garage and despite having the car from the Saturday it was still not ready by the end of Monday. At no point did they let me know they would be doing this or that it was not going to be ready on the day it was booked in. In all the dealings with them they were evasive and not straight forward and quite unprofessional Will not be using them again or recommending them

Wife's car suffered flat battery. They came out, started it, loaned her a mobile charger as they were worried her journey to work wasnt long enough to recharge, and then refused any payment.

Frank Warburton and Sons is run by Frank's son, Melvyn, and you will often find Melvyn's wife manning reception. It is a good old-fashioned family garage business where your car will be repaired if economically viable. You will NOT be conned into having unnecessary work done here. You will receive an honest appraisal of what is required and you will be charged a fair price for the job. I have been bringing my cars here for 10 years and I would not go anywhere else. The garage does MOTs, servicing, repairs and has a bodyshop. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
