Engine flush and Oil and filter change just cost me £175 compared to £75 at Halfords. Takeaway the engine flush this garage has charged me £150 just for oil and filter change!! An interim service is only £109 and that includes oil and filter change

I know nothing about the mechanics of cars; so I rely entirely on the honesty and judgement of the engineers who service and repair my car. These guys have never let me down and when necessary have gone out of their way to diagnose problems correctly and not just replace suspect parts parts at my expense. I thoroughly recommend them. The Lamport brothers have retired now and the garage is under new management. Jo.

Having used this garage since 1983 I have become used to their reliable and highly competent service. The brothers are very conscientious guys who take justifiable pride in their expertise and the quality of their workmanship. Never fobbed off with repairs or parts that are not needed they are a refreshing oasis in a desert full of cactii. My only concern is when they retire to a well deserved rest our locale will be losing a prized asset.
