Very good garage helpful

My old Audi A2 is wearing out but will last a few more years being well cared for by D&T Motors. They just fix what is needed to be fixed and are very reasonably priced too

Excellent garage who are quick and professional, staff are friendly and prices are great.

I have used D & T since relocating to Cornwall last year, and have been extremely impressed by the customer service and straight forward communication. I feel that I can completely trust this garage and am always treated with courtesy by all members of staff.

Not only did they fit in my nearly forgotten MOT very quickly, but prices quoted for tyres are very competitive. Always good service and value.

Having used this garage since it opened we were concerned when it was taken over how it would be. We have continued to use on a regular basis for our 2 cars and also our daughter and her husband cars and have not been disappointed. The excellent service and workman ship has continued to the usual very high standard. The new owner has made several improvements to the to the garage which have improved the service they can offer the customers. Recently one of our cars needed quite a lot of work every effort was made by the garage to keep the cost of the repair to a minimum.

The customer service is great and they are genuinely decent people. Those who have given the garage anything less than 5 stars clearly have not really used the garage or are one of life's special Eeyores and will never be capable of being pleased

Took far too long to do a simple job

I've been using D&T Motors for several years now, they are always polite and professional, do a brilliant job at a good price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have always visited D&T Motors with our vehicles over the years and have always found them honest and approachable. We will continue to go back as long as we live in Falmouth.

I felt they listened to what I thought was wrong, had a sensible discussion and explanation especially about where there was uncertainty about what might cause trouble with the repair work. The agreed a repair plan that involved doing what was required, and did nothing that wasn't needed. Generally everything I would have hoped for. And absolutely no sucking of the teeth!

Absolutely brilliant garage, happy to help and really put my mind at rest with their honest opinion of the car. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I will certainly be coming back in the future.

I Was stood in the new reception waiting to collect my car,and was amazed at the calm and friendly manner in which the manager delt with a disgruntled customer, who was irate at the fact his vehicle had been dropped off at half eight in the morning, and not been motd until half two. The manager calmly asked if he had told him he required it back early on booking. And offered apologies. I have been more than happy with the service and contact from the staff at D&T

The manager, very professionally apologised, and asked if on booking the customer had stipulated he needed the vehicle back quickly,so as not to loose work. There are other local garages which I am sure could do a better job for you in all areas of vehicle repair.This used to be a good local garage run by old school mechanics which I used to service and repair my 3 vehicles.Not any more the new company who has taken over falls very short of the mark.

I have used this garage several times over the last 10 years. Service is always impeccable. Repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently. The workmanship has been to a high standard on every job.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices charged for servicing and repairs are always fair. Can't rate D & T motors highly enough.

We suffered a wheel bearing issue on route to Falmouth. We found the garage on line called in and they immediately diagnosed the problem.As we needed the vehicle over the weekend they booked us in for Monday. The repair was carried out promptly without fuss and the bill came as a pleasant surprise. They saved our weekend for which we cannot praise them enough. We recommend them highly and if ever we have a problem in future we know who to call. Thank you guys.

Highly recommend D&T, recommended to me by a friend after I had awful service at a different garage in Falmouth. I totally trust these guys to be honest and fair. They are always busy which is a good sign. Never heard anyone with a bad work to say about them.

I have 2 cars and since visiting this garage 4 years ago they get to mot service and fix any problems i have with both my cars. I am always happy with the results i get and the price is always exact and fair. for instance. one time i had to have a quick mot done in quick fit and they failed me on a bulb and hand brake adjustment. DT Auto would have changed the bulb and adjusted the hand brake passed my car and charged me for the small repair instead of failing the car. thats the difference!!
