The staff in the service and repairs shop were fantastic this week when my daughter's much neglected 10 year old Matiz had to be taken in due to a petrol leak. The car was beyond economical repair. They were upfront about hourly rates, repair costs and did a thorough diagnostic which helped her make the decision that the car had to go to the breakers. She was extremely stressed as we live in London and she was stranded with a useless car down in Bristol. I am sure they spent much more time sorting out her problems than their charges reflected. A great service, honest to a fault, and most generous to a young person in distress.
