Dicksons Of Inverness

I reviewed this garage on 18th October 2012 and have continued to use it every year. I changed my vehicle to a Skoda Octavia in 2016 and was so satisfied with their service that I continued to use them. If anything is wrong with the car, they contact me and give a price for fixing the problem. I am offered a lift into Inverness or a courtesy car, if the work is going to take several hours. I have every confidence in their efficiency.

Been using this garage for 10years now and have never had a bad experience in that time I have had 2 Nissans and one of the reasons being because I know that Dicksons will look after me, what can I say you hear lots of bad things about garages so as far as I'm concerned Dicksons is the best.

I use the Nissan part of Dicksons and must say the reception staff are really helpful and cheerful I don't usually see the mechanics but the car always come back well serviced and if there are any problems they send you a vidio to your e-mail so you can see the problem been going to them for 10years now and I don't go back to bad garages so like to stick to Nissan

I have previously reviewed this garage, when I had a Nissan Primera. As I like the way they work, I continued using Dicksons for my Skoda Octavia.

I first used this garage on a Saturday morning in 2005 on my way to Edinburgh, when my boot would not lock. They fixed the problem free of charge. Since moving permanently to the area I have had my 2003 Nissan Primera serviced annually in conjunction with the MOT. I pay a regular monthly sum of £25 towards the annual service and get a free MOT and Nissan care. This year the service cost was very low and I am in credit with them. The staff are always very friendly and make sure I am supplied with free coffee. The service is completed on time and they contact me if there is something wrong with the car. At the service desk I am asked if I would like a lift or require a car while the service takes place. Last week I was told that my exhaust was emissing smoke and took it into the garage and they could find nothing wrong after carrying out several checks but they did not charge me anything for the service. All in all I have nothing but praise for the staff at Dicksons of Inverness.

Have used Dicksons for some seven years - they have always been helpful and knowledgable in all aspects of service and advice. Have purchased two cars from them with good results Courtesy cars provided with no fuss. Mechanical problems always dealt with in a professional manner - their service Manager - Robin particularly helpful and fair in all dealings.
