As a woman I am often treated as a numpty at many garages and am pretty sure that I was seriously overcharged by someone I used in Salisbury. designxkr were helpful and very happy to show my an issue with my car and explain it fully. I was surprised at the service price which was the same as the basic service at the previous garage but they did not then add on all the extras that the previous garage did such as oil, filter etc. They are family run and have a nice friendly attitude to customers who they seem to treat more as friends than customers. Would suggest anyone with a Jaguar take their car to them although I am sure that Kevin the owner could cope with any car. Big thumbs up.
