I've been a customer for 12 years for servicing, MOTs and both mechanical and bodywork repairs to a variety of vehicles, all of which have been carried out to a high professional standard and at moderate cost.

Following damage sustained in a car park to the near-side rear door of my Jaguar XF (40cm x 3cm crease and scratch into bodywork), Eassons were simply excellent in their response and overall service, resulting in a perfect repair at very reasonable cost. This is the third time that I have had cause to take various vehicles to them for body-work and I heartily recommend them to any potential customer.

I have reviewed this garage three times before and can only confirm that they are an excellent firm with competent and knowledgable staff. Their service puts some main dealers in the shade!

At 0800 this morning my car wouldn't start (Battery Failure) rang the garage at 0815, at 0900 a man turned up at my house, from 6 miles away. 0915 battery fitted and car running. Brilliant service!

I have already reviewed this garage but a further comment is necessary. I went to a large Main Dealer to have a minor electrical fault rectified. I was give a free safety check, which I had NOT requested and received a printed report saying that I needed £480 worth of work on my brakes and exhaust. Took the car into Eassons this morning, without an appointment; car up on the lift, taken in to view the "Problems" and told nothing needed doing until the next service/MOT in October. Given the keys back, no mention of any charge so I gave them £10 for the Coffee fund.

I have used Eassons for one annual service and a couple of minor investigations of suspension noises. They have the time to talk and discuss what one wants, the work is competently done and at a good labour rate. They have been in business for a long time and have an excellent local reputation for reliable service.UPDATE I have just re-visited for MOT and full annual service; they lent me an acceptable car to get home and back. Car serviced and tested, polite advisory on rear tyres - job done for another year
