They book you in for your appt. Then the day before cancel and sod to you booking a day off work they don't give a hoot, then when the car does go in, they tell you they have done this and that they had done absolutely nothing, could not provide me with an invoice for works, the car needed a part so would have to go back in so you will get your invoice then, the car is under warranty so they are obviously not making money from it, Absolute joke I would be ashamed if I worked here it needs a bloody good shake up how are they getting away with it, but the more people complain hopefully the less custom they will get. Big big complaint going into MG, open your eyes people don't do it.

a very unhappy workforce with a local sales manager who shouts not only at customers but his staff too, really poor represetnative of a well loved local car dealership since it was a proton garage

Went for warranty work on a Citroen. Floor was spongy and loose. Told me that their chief mechanic assessed it has " a characteristic of the vehicle" but had fixed it. No difference at all. Garage ignored me. When I told them that I would be writing to Citroen and asking for an independent examination their attitude changed and suddenly after 2 days the floor was repaired. Wouldnt trust them to wipe the windscreen never mind work on the vehicle

Nothing seems to much trouble they have looked after me including after sales service,very reliable
