"No longer Peugeot dealer - now Hyundai franchise"

Took Hyundai in for recall work - carried out satisfactorily. Tried to buy Hyundai parts - no parts desk and partsman never came into sales area when requested. Tried to get quote for Hyundai service by email - no response. Anecdotal evidence from another Hyundai customer that the wrong oil had been used on service - changed FoC following intervention from Hyundai UK. I prefer to do 30 mile round trip to my selling Hyundai dealer in Birmingham than the 5 mile round trip to Chambers
