I used John’s services for the first time this November as he is very local to me now. My car’s power steering failed and John towed the car from the supermarket car park and then got it sorted in a couple of days and did the MOT. I then took it back to get the brakes done as I knew they were old and did need done . John has recommended this and had the car ready in a few hours. He was really friendly and polite too with a lovely dog Millie. I would definitely recommend! Thanks John x

Fitted a part to the car which failed within a few months. Just kept repeating that these parts never fail. Got an expert to review and he agreed part was defective and should not have failed. Was very unpleasant to deal with, speaks pleasantly and seems nice but quickly turned as soon as there was a problem. Kept accusing me of wanting something for nothing - which is not the case - just wanted the part to be replaced. As soon as you call with a problem talks at you so that you cant say anything, and then if you do manage to speak, ignores what you said and carries on repeating the same thing he was saying before.

Call round today = Polite , courteous and attentive. Carried my MOT and service. Report of work carried explained.. ... GREAT SERVICE

I've used this garage for years for various vehicles I've owned. Despite always being extremely busy, John and his staff have always fitted me in around whatever they are doing, and get me on the road again as soon as. My car is vital for my business, so I need it on the road. Nothing is too much trouble at Burnfield, and John always keeps me up to date with the progress, by call or text, and he never goes ahead without my permission. Great honest independent garage

Dreadful service. Asked John to replace the door handle on my Mercedes, he clearly is not qualified and does NOT know what he is doing. 1. Ripped off door paneling damaging it. 2. Ripped leather by jamming a screwdriver into it. 3. Broke a button on the door. 4. Then attempted to GLUE it all back together. Like all cowards he refused to take my calls.

John Fenton is the owner and presides over a great independant garage that can always be trusted. The only downside of this is he is always busy so don't turn up at the door expecting immediate service. Book well in advance.
