Bristol Street Motors (Birmingham)

Dropped it off for service at 9am Friday morning, and told when I arrived that they wouldn't be able to do it until Monday even though it was meant to be done by Friday afternoon. Then, when I came to pick it up they hadn't checked the problem we'd brought it in for, and when I probed further it turned out they hadn't done a health check *at all* because the computer system had been down. I'm now sat waiting for them to do a cursory health check before I take it away. Very bad service, avoid this garage.
