I recently decided to trade in my 2005 Freelander for a Toyota Rav 4 and this garage was the only one which had the model I wanted. As I live over a hundred miles away, I was wondering if I was doing the right thing, especially after reading one of your reviewers comments. An initial phone conversation with Willis certainly eased the feelings of misgiving and I travelled down on the Friday for a test drive. Upon arrival my missus and I were made very welcome by Willis and his team. At no time did we feel pressured. It was quite obvious that Willis has a strong customer service mantra and wants you to leave happy. I'm pleased to say we did the deal and the following Friday went back to collect our new motor with which I'm extremely happy.

I feel deeply disappointed that this customer has felt the need to submit this damning review, without referring to the time, effort, and care that was afforded to him on his previous visits to my garage. We offer personal service so know our clients well. This customer is known to us, but has not made any attempt to air his concerns to us personally. It is always difficult when dealing with vehicles that have achieved over 100,000 miles, balancing necessary against unnecessary repairs. Oil leaks, corrosion, seized parts, general wear cause problems to occur more frequently. I am always available if hmmmm would like to discuss any of his concerns directly. Willis

As a woman I'm always wearing of taking my car to a garage, but this garage totally wiped away all my reservations about garages and taking women for a ride. They are friendly. Reliable honest and trustworthy! And they don't over charge or charge for unnecessary work! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!! the service is second to none. I have now had numerous experience with this garage and every one has been 10 out of 10! They provide me a car to use while mine is having work done and this is a must have for me as my car is my Buisness. I can't rate this garage enough! The day after I took a van there for a service and mot the alternator died, I commented to the garage that it was unusual for an alternator to pack up so quickly. The response? "It can do that if it gets oil on it......" Not having learned my lesson, I took a car in for a service and mot, returning it only a few weeks later as there was a banging noise coming from the wheel. I got asked if i'd taken the wheels of recently, (I hadn't) because the wheel wasn't on properly........ I really don't like putting forward anonymous reviews, but as I say, you decide.....
