I had failed wheel bearing and they managed to sort me out and get back on the road the same day, That is despite the fact that they were fully busy. Kind helpful and thoroughly recommended.

I live in West Yorkshire and was about to buy a used campervan in Anglesey, that I had seen advertised online. It all sounded very good, but I needed the vehicle checking over professionally to make sure it was as good as the seller claimed. The garage co-operated fully. They collected the van, did a full check and got back in touch. The report was all very positive. I then asked for them to do a couple of jobs for me, adding some new electrical items. I arranged a hire car for a day, (hire it here, leave it there), to drive over and collect the camper. All went very smoothly, until they collected the van again, to fit the new bits and pieces. Yuk, the wrong parts had been sent. I was committed to my day out to collect the vehicle. THE GARAGE DID NOT EVEN MAKE A CHARGE!! It was certainly not their fault the wrong bits had been sent. They had already done the full check over on the van. This was service over and beyond the call of duty!

My car needed extensive repairs that one would have thought only possible by the main dealer. I thought I’d take a gamble to keep costs to a minimum. How glad am I?! The level of customer service was beyond fantastic, and I was kept up to date with the entire job. With modern systems and electronics in cars these days, garages need the relevant software and computer systems to to properly diagnose and program various faults and parts. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The car had been to the main dealer beforehand, and to cut a long story short, I deamed them incompetent. I highly recommend this garage, amazing customer service & second to none expertise.

I was traveling to Anglesey for a holiday when my car developed a serious engine management problem. I was recommended the garage By the people where we were staying . Quick phone call an it was booked in the same day. On arrival the car was diagnosed an everything Explained. The part was replaced and a full service carried out . We were even given a courtesy car at no extra cost and saved our holiday from total disaster . Brilliant staff and very friendly people. I would recommend this garage to anyone wanting car repairs or servicing.

I have been use in this garage for a number of years. You get a straight direct no nonsence service. You dont pay for things that are not needed. They always call if they find other problems. Exellent experienced workforce the same team has been together for years. You have to boo in advance for MOT's

We have been customers for years and always satisfied. The latest occasion was after a Kwik-fit quote for faulty rear brakes was £370 and the job was done here for £107 and Kwik-fit lies about leaking brake cylinders exposed. This was on an M reg car - they have a great attitude to old cars. I have given 3 stars for speed because, being popular, you sometimes have to wait a few days, particularly for an MOT. They can't do everything - they don't top up Air Conditioning, for example.
