From the point of me getting a quote for my step daughter to picking the car up the staff were helpful, honest and welcoming. Knowing about cars and what is involved it was nice to see a garage go through what was involved and allay any fears with regards to what I required doing as the garage managers had already realised the issues around what I wanted and it was part of the cost already unlike most other garages and dealers. I took my daughter's 2012 Ford Focus in for wet belts and tensioner replacement (which included sump clean), major service, brake fluid change and tracking. A bit of error saw the rear drums being stripped, cleaned and adjusted instead of brake fluid change and tracking but all was sorted in quick time and apologies were made along with no extra charge, absolute stars though and would definitely have them work on my car's let alone my step daughters again. The only downside I had was after spending so much on the servicing and other work was the car was not valeted when collected unlike their competitors down the road who valeted my own car even when it went in for a basic service

This is a garage where you feel comfortable taking your car to. A bit of an old fashioned feel to it but right on the ball.

Have used Eyres for 14 years now, they are a genuine family concern, that has 3 generations on their site. They have a most helpful staff, where very little seems to be too much trouble for them, from sorting out and advising on little niggles to carrying out the full service requirements by Ford. They have thriving car sales, with both new and good quality used cars available. They have been around the same village since just after the second world war. We find them a pleasure to deal with, they have kept me buying Fords because I know that they will look after our car and treat us with courtesy and honesty.

Passing this garage when the engine fault warning light came on, and called in hoping they might take a look. Car taken straight into the workshop, checked, diagnosed and fault code cleared. And the bill? No charge Sir!
