I was a customer of this duo of father and son for 6 years, even buying 2 cars from them - one a diesel and the other an auto petrol. They seemed pleasant in the beginning but after buying my second car the auto petrol, the real true personality of this garage was witnessed. First of all the 2nd car I bought from them had an engine warning light on when I bought the car .No garage by law can sell a car to the public that has engine warning lights on.They fobbed me off with some lame excuse,. Also from the outset, there was a coolant leak, which they did not rectify ,ultimately me needing a new water pump which another garage had to fit for £500. A month or so after purchasing the car ,there was problem with the fuel ,so they to reluctant change the fuel pump .Right from go there was so many problems with this car that needed attention urgently. They kept making excuses all the time ,they were too busy to look at car ,even though it was still under warranty. One incident, my car was in for the fuel pump repair, it still was on the road after 19 days or so of it being picked up by recovery and placed next to Bagnall Saab. Wgen I spike to father Ray why they hadn't even taken into garage to look at car,he retorted with expletives etc .. I could only deal with son thereafter who is a pleasant guy. THE FATHER NEEDS TO STSY RETIRED AND NOT EVEN BE AT THE GARAGE!! Bagnall Saab ,gave a very bad habit of doing your work and adding extra work m,without notifying you first . I had thus problem with 2 rear brake pads that needed new ones quote 60-70. When I went to collect bill was more than double amount as they put 2 brake discs without my consent. I witnessed this to another customer whilst waiting to collect my car . Please,be careful of this duo ,they can convince you they are experts in Saabs but will make extra money From you if they can . I would fo to a reputable garage who fixes all makes of cars .A saab us a car after all .Don't be fooled by a specialist Saab garage. My last 2 saabs I bought from this garage both barely lasted 2 years and both had to be scrapped.. Please tread carefully with Bagnall Saab.

I acquired my Saab almost 6 years ago, and apart from being great cars, the age of it dictates that a few things will inevitably go wrong. That’s where Saab Bagnall come into their own. The customer service is great, but I would trust them implicitly to do an honest and fairly priced repair, which they have done a few times now, resulting in a lot of happy driving. All in all, go to Saab Bagnall ??????

As ever Ray and Fraser were outstanding in their help and care. The power steering had died. I drove over 30 miles to them as they are the only ones who immediately know anything and everything about saabs. They fixed it while I waited! They are both amazing and I am so appreciative of what they do!

I visited this garage last month as I was looking for somewhere new to look after my Saab as I wasn’t happy with the service I was receiving from the old dealer. Fraser looked over the car for me and diagnosed a few faults very quickly. I booked it in this week and have just collected my car today and everything I wanted to be done is fixed - both Ray and Fraser worked late to complete everything and also washed it for me. Very impressed and I will definitely use Bagnall for everything from now onwards.

I took my 06 saab that I had bought recently. It needed an aux cable fitting. When they got it on the ramp found a spring had snapped. They explained the situation. I immediately agreed that the work be carried out. Fraser and Ray did not have 1 minute break all day, they were dealing with drop in customers as well as working on at least 3 cars including mine. I am returning next week even though I live an hour away as they are brilliant at what they do giving lots of extra advice and explaining everything as they went along. I am very very impressed by them and would send everyone I know with a saab to them.

I have been going to Ray and Fraser at Bagnall SaaB for the last 10 years. When I moved to Southampton 5 years ago I couldn't find a garage that could look after my car as well as they did. Because Bagnall SaaB are so good I now travel from Southampton to Birmingham to get my cars services, MOT'd and repaired. I wouldn't be travelling over 150 miles each way if I didn't believe they were honest or if they didn't look after me and my cars the way they do!!

Just don't even think of going anyhere else. I had not even bought a SAAB and called to enquire if they could give me some advice and was given a generous and thorough advice filled lesson on what I should look for. Just ask for Fraser, a tp guy. Even said that they don't want people to not enjoy SAAB' afer they buy them so happy to give any and all advice to get the purchase right. Honestly, these people are simply superb.

Having recently replaced the rotary coupler (aka clockspring) behind the steering wheel of my Saab 9-3 (see my review of Brooke Saab), I now needed to get my steering angle sensors reset. I tried a Saab specialist in Rugby (not far from home) but not for the first time found him unhelpful and abrupt. So after some Googling I found Bagnall Saab in Birmingham, not too far out of my way. I rang and explained my situation. They understood and were happy for me to call by at about 6pm a few days later. When I got there I had a good chin wag with Ray (owner) and his son Fraser. It was clear they were friendly and knowledgeable. Thay certainly seemed to know their way around Saabs. Fraser and I went out to my car with the Tech 2 gear and he had my ABS fault codes cleared and steering angle sensors reset in under a minute. Back inside Ray and Fraser refused all offers of payment. Instead they would prefer I come back when I need something more substantial. I shall soon be wanting a new downpipe with 100 cell cat and matching stainless exhaust. I shall be having the work done at Bagnall (fraser says he can do it without removing the subframe!!). BTW: if you have the same problem as me you can have steering angle sensors reset using Bosch diagnostic gear at any local garage, but Snap On diagnostics cannot do it.
