Very hostile Rude woman on the phone. Ruins a good garage generally. No customer service skill.

I have been with this garage for years and they are extremely popular. Even so, they will always find an opportunity to get you sorted and at the most reasonable cost. Always pleasant, patient and courteous and very efficient at all times. Their sage advice has saved me not only time but money and I can't imagine being witheout their support for my treasured Volvo.

I've used them since I got my first car 5 years ago, and have never been disappointed, from MOTs, services, cam belt, welding, window faults, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing is too big or small, they're always honest and straightforward and I genuinely trust them. I can ask them the question 'what would you do if it were your car' and I know I could trust the answer.

Have been taking my car to this garage for some years now. Always efficient, friendly and helpful. And they keep any parts that have been replaced so you can see the wear and tear yourself. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have used this garage for many years as have many of my friends and family, as I have found the Buddy and Sam to be a fantastic partnership working together like clock work, They always know how to handle the situation your in at the time. As you know when you car go's wrong it can be so stressful and expensive, But they always seem to get things sorted and at the right price, they always keep you informed to what is happing and at what stage they are at, I think that if you was to try and find another garage in the area that can match them for service you would have a hard job to find a team as hard working and honest as Buddy and Sam well done you both and your staff.

We have used this garage for a few years now - from standard MOTs to breakdown call outs. They always do the job when they say they will, they keep all the parts to show you if anything is worn or broken and let you take away if you want. All this with the most reasonable prices imaginable - for instance today's supplying and fitting of rear axle cross brace (genuine Renault part fitted) £30, supply and fit both front lower ball joints £65, welding repairs to door along with fitting a bulb and cleaning out washer jets £30. Friendly and efficient service - could not recommend more highly.
