Called in to this garage on the off chance to have some puddle lights fitted to all 4 doors on my new Audi..expecting at least an hours labour charge and a few days to wait..none of that the job was done straight away and took 10mins and no charge. Many thanks guys you have my business from now on.

I have used this garage for repairs, servicing and MOT, and efficient, helpful, good value and very helpful. Staff are very knowledgeable and have saved me money by being smart. Very personable service, always supply a car if needed, and good value.

Autowork are a great team of top quality technicians. This is a no frills establishment, so you aren't paying for those frills. The staff are friendly, always take the time to explain what's wrong and how much it's going to be to fix it. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I had a blown headlight bulb and I knew replacing it was beyond my limited skill set: it was done on the spot and it wasn't easy either. I was charged for the bulb! They cover the whole VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda ranges and they're more competitive than the main dealers, but every bit as good. This is a cost efficient and efficient workshop. You can't do better frankly.

I have used Autoworks for 3 years and this has been my best car service experience I have had. I also like they way that customers are treated regardless of gender or age. When my daughter had her car serviced the team took time to ensure that she understood what had been done and what was being paid for while I stood with her. Personal service at its best.

My 12 year old Golf TDI has had a few problems over the past 12 months due to age, however Jason and his team have always repaired it to a high standard and at very reasonable rates. I wholeheartedly recommend Autoworks Salisbury to all.

On the day we were due to travel back from Salisbury to Northumberland our car developed a fault. Popped into the garage and they said they were fully booked for 3-4 days but when I explained we were about to travel home 360 miles way they had it on the ramp and fixed in two hours. Good job done, good price and great service.

I've used Autowork a numberof times now for my VW Passat, for servicing, MOT as well as other repairs. Great service each time, friendly environment and many years VAG experience. Last service was significantly cheaper than what I was quoted by the VW Garage too. Highly recommend.
