Alphington Fast Fit

I have used Alphington Fast Fit for years now, and would not go anywhere else even for any of my cars. They accommodating, friendly, fix the problems as quickly as poss, never suggest unnecessary work and reasonable on price.

Amazing and very happy with the service I got they beat prices of anywhere els and I have been recommended to these guys by a friend and I am very thankful to If your looking for a quick reliable garage I would certainly take your car here much care is taken

I took our Audi A4 soft top to ‘Alphington Fast Fit’ garage where a confident large built man Ian Rae owner & proprietor has the ‘Gift Of The Gab’ telling me all the right words I want to hear from someone about to make my car safe & secure, a man who tells me he has all the experience anyone would need to ensure my car is cared for and all the work carried out with the utmost care and efficiency. Ian Rae employed two good men who were polite & professional unlike their boss Mr Rae. 1. They carried out work that did not need doing. 2. And did not carry out work which should have been done. 3. They pretended to use new parts for service work when they didn’t even replace the parts. 4. Owner Ian Rae damaged my vehicle and engine and called in an engineer to fix what he had broken without consulting me first. He broke off a glo-plug and blamed me because it was seized in the engine block. My reply was “but this is why I brought it to you a mechanic to fix”. 5. Ian Rae the owner stole the plastic undertray of my Audi A4. I caught him fitting it to another Audi when I went to confront him about my missing undertray. He went nuts when he saw me watching him install it on another Audi A4 like ours but I pointed out and recognised two pale blue cable ties that crossed a crack in the undersheet. He tried to force me to leave the garage but I stayed my ground complaining so he called the police on me. The garage also passed my Audi’s MOT even though the off side steering & suspension was in a dangerous condition. VOSA inspected the shoddy work and condemned it telling me it should have failed the MOT They told me the proprietor Ian Rae has several serious complaints against him already.

I have used this garage for a number of years for the simple reason that you always come away feeling like you have been looked after and not fleeced. They are friendly efficient and honest, even not charging once when they could not replicate a fault after a good few hours trying. I will always take my cars to them as I need to be sure that my family and I are driving in a properly maintained car and Alphington Fast Fit give me the confidence that my car is safe.
