Why is the turbo on my car making a strange noise?

I have a Ford Focus 2016 1.0 Ecoboost which has done 10,000 miles. It's being standing for about eight weeks due to ill health. It has been started now and then but not moved. Today I drove it but when I got back it sounds like the turbo was bubbling with a loss of power.
The turbo of this engine is cooled by engine coolant that returns from the turbo via a 'degas' pipe to the coolant expansion tank. A plastic union in this pipe can fail, losing engine coolant. You need to check urgently. Any loss of coolant do not drive the car. Call the Ford dealer out to it.
