My Citroen Picasso's crankshaft system was fitted incorrectly - what can I do?

I got my Citroen Picasso serviced in January 2009 at a Hyundai dealer, and was told by their technicians that it needed a new crankshaft pulley and tensioner. I told them to go ahead with the work and it cost me £500. I then got my car serviced yesterday by an official Citroen dealer and was told i needed a new pulley and tensioner system as the pulleys had worn heavily. I told the technician this had been done in January 2009 and he told me that they have been put in wrong, and that they should last for several years longer when replaced. Can you help?
Use the written evidence of the Citroen dealer to sue the Hyundai dealer for the failed repair via www.moneyclaim.gov.uk. Crankshaft pulleys were a known weakness on PDSA 2.0 HDI engines. The weak spoked pulleys needed to be replaced by more solid pulleys with holes in them.
