Are the known tyre sensor faults on my Renault Clio grounds for it to be replaced?

I have a 2015 Renault Clio with approx 18 months warranty remaining. I've had persistent trouble with the tyre sensors malfunctioning and have had three new tyres already. The dealer says it's a fault with sensor valves on this model. Have I got a case for asking for the car to be replaced?
No. Just the sensors. One previous report of the fault. The dealer has to keep replacing the sensors indefinitely, even beyond the four year warranty, because it is a fundamental fault of the car. Could lead to a DVSA safety recall of the model. See: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/renault/clio-iv-2013/
